Village Is a Must See San Diego Destination Shop on the waterfront at Seaport Village, San Diego’s most unique shopping destination. Located less than a mile from The Bristol Hotel, Seaport Village is home to over 70 shops, galleries, and restaurants. A popular destination for locals and tourists, this bustling seaside village has a little something for everyone. Whether you’re shopping for clothes, souvenirs, or even Christmas items, you’ll find it here.  

There are also plenty of culinary options that will please any palette, from Americana to Greek, to Italian and American. Coffee, ice cream, and specialty beverages are also available for purchase. Of course, you can have a carefree time in this car-free environment, even if you’re not shopping or dining.

You can stroll down cobblestone sidewalks and enjoy live music, face painters and caricature artists, or take a ride on the carousel. You might even catch a few navy vessels cruising into San Diego harbor. Free concerts are offered every Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. in the East Plaza Gazebo. Built in 1895, it features hand-carved animals. Seaport Village has been a destination for San Diego residents since 1980, and is a must-see for any visitor to the city.
