Ice Skating in San Diego
Located in the heart of San Diego just a couple blocks away from our
boutique hotel, Horton Plaza Skating Rink in the Westfield Center is a fun
attraction that is ideal for active individuals, family outings, happy couples
and more. San Diego’s favorite outdoor ice skating rink is open this season
from November 15, 2012 until January 6, 2013 and provides the perfect peaceful outing!
With a festive atmosphere, this happy holiday activity attracts skaters
of all ages. During the day, families of young children and their parents
gather at the Horton Plaza Skating Rink for a special holiday treat, and at
night teenagers and adults skate to fun music at a faster pace.
Prices at the Horton Plaza Skating Rink are $14 for adults, $12 for
children or $35 for a season pass, and tickets can be purchased in advance
online. Admission includes rental ice skates, and the San Diego ice skating
rink is open on Monday through Thursday from 10AM to 10PM and Friday through
Sunday from 10AM to 7:30PM, with a separate evening session on weekend nights
from 8PM to 10PM.
