January 17, 2013, Linda I just wanted to tell you how impressed I am by your responses to your past customers on trip advisor, especially the one where you explained that you were overbooked due to a child with an ear infection who had to extend their stay. I run an online parenting group in Los Angeles with 13,000 families where parents reach out asking for recommendations on places to stay (as well as numerous other topics). I was looking into staying at your hotel and therefore reading the reviews you received. Based on your understanding of family situations I would whole heartedly feel comfortable staying at your hotel. I just wanted you to know that I respect the fact that you take the time to respond to both the positive and negative comments you receive (and try to correct the negative comments) which I don't see that often.

December 17, 2012, Dina We held our wedding reception in the Sky Room on Saturday. Lisa Richards with Festivities recommended the venue and suggested we stay at The Bristol Friday night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We also had an excellent dinner at your restaurant, First Avenue Bar & Grille on Friday night. We give each staff member an "Excellent" rating. From Valet, Reception Desk, Bar and Restaurant!
