The sushi and oyster bar overlooks an open kitchen, while their shellfish is infamously perfect and kettle-steamed to order. For a more eccentric hole-in-the-wall experience, try Escape Fish Bar, a laid back spot with locally caught seafood, local beer, and local wine. All the fish dishes they offer are globally inspired, but their fish and chips are the best in the city.
