I actually liked that you are able to open the window slightly, just enough to let the breeze in. I needed a last minute reservation and was able to find it here. If you enjoy walking this is the hotel for you. You're just over a half mile walking distance to Little Italy and the Gaslamp Quarters in downtown...I was very pleased and will make it my go to place when I visit San Diego."
